SALE ITEM INFORMATION FORM

INSTRUCTIONS

If its "For Sale" and you want to post it on the IVFA web site, complete the information requested below.  PLEASE note:  You may submit as many sale items as you want, however use a separate form for each unique item.  For instance, if you are wanting to sell (9) SCBA's  and (13) sets of Bunker Gear, then you need to complete one form for the SCBA's and another form for the Bunker Gear.  If the Price is not fixed, and is negotiable, indicate with a "PN" in the cost column for "Prince Negotiable".
