In honor of our members who are serving around the world in the Military, we have created a special page to recognize their efforts.  We should all be thankful each day for the men and women who serve our country, who put themselves in harms way, so that we may enjoy freedom!  Please keep them and their families in your thoughts and prayers.
 
LEGISLATIVE REPORTS ARE NOW BEING POSTED
 
The 2010 Indiana Legislature is now in session and reports are provide by our legal counsel Larry Curl.  Check out the latest information here, and if and when necessary, get involved.  Larry will keep us informed as to what we need to do as a membership.

ATTENTION MEMBERS:  Your IVFA Legislative Committee is requesting your assistance. We have developed an Elected Official Data Collection Form and asking every IVFA member to please look at it and if appropriate to fill it out. 

 

The Elected Official Data Collection Form will allow us to contact legislators thru our members in a timely manor to increase our effectiveness when working with legislative issues.

 

When the Fire Service has legislation moving through committees and the two legislative chambers it is sometimes important that we be able to talk one-on-one with legislators and it is most effective if they are talking with someone from their district.

There are two different options for completing the form.
